Players Will Now Purchase Jerseys Directly From Online Store (and we are switching to Nike!)

Jul 29, 2016 | Comments Off on Players Will Now Purchase Jerseys Directly From Online Store (and we are switching to Nike!)

There are plenty of fun changes ahead for West Seneca Travel Soccer’s Jerseys in 2017.

Players will now purchase their own jerseys For the 2017 Season, players will order their full kit directly from West Seneca Travel Soccer’s Online store.  This will be different from what we have done in the past, when jerseys would be purchased by the club and distributed by the Coaches.

We will have an arrangement with Nike and soccer.com to guarantee a two-year cycle for our jerseys, meaning that you will not be required to purchase a new jersey every season (but you have the option to do so if you want!)

Switching to Nike!  West Seneca Travel Soccer is switching to Nike for 2017, but we will still be wearing our traditional Sky Blues.

Team Apparel Still Available at Our Online Store (www.soccer.com) All of West Seneca’s Travel teams, regardless of age or gender, will be wearing the same apparel.  It gives the players a sense of pride to wear items showing that they are part of a select travel soccer team. (more…)

West Seneca Travel Watch List Program

Jul 26, 2016 | Comments Off on West Seneca Travel Watch List Program

During the 2013 season, the West Seneca Travel Soccer Club introduced the first “Watch List” program to identify the best players in the House program and provide them with opportunities for additional/special training to help them move to the next level in their soccer development. Many players from the 2013 “Watch List” class successfully tried out for and were rostered on Travel teams, and several players have moved up to play for Premier Teams throughout WNY. Because the Program has been an unqualified success, it will return during the 2016 season.

Parents who want their children to take advantage of this Program can contact the Travel Coordinator, Mark Molloy.

A description of the Program is set forth below.
